Web Subscription Terms
These terms apply when you purchase VibroCalm Premium through the VibroCalm web checkout. App Store purchases remain subject to Apple’s purchase terms.
1. Supplier and contact
VibroCalm Premium is supplied by UAB Pulsetto, company code 305911800, Delčios g. 29, Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact info@pulsetto.tech for billing, cancellation, redemption or account support.
2. Service
VibroCalm is a consumer wellness app. Premium unlocks eligible sessions and features shown in the current app. VibroCalm is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. A compatible iPhone, internet access and a supported app version may be required.
3. Price, renewal and taxes
The checkout shows the plan, billing interval, price, currency and any applicable tax before payment. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. The payment method used at checkout is charged at purchase and at each renewal.
4. Activation and redemption
After a successful web purchase, use the RevenueCat redemption button or QR code to open VibroCalm and associate Premium with your app account. A recovery link is also sent to the checkout email. Redemption links are time-limited; if one expires, follow the replacement email or contact support.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a web subscription at any time. Use the subscription-management option in your VibroCalm billing communications when available, or contact info@pulsetto.tech from the checkout email. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. If applicable law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, including the rights that may apply to EU distance contracts, contact us promptly. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law and the facts of the purchase. This does not affect remedies for a digital service that is faulty or not supplied as agreed.
7. Acceptable use and availability
Use VibroCalm only for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass access controls, share a one-time redemption link, or misuse another person’s account. We may maintain, secure or update the service, but will not remove mandatory consumer remedies.
8. Privacy and providers
Stripe processes web payment details and RevenueCat manages subscription status and Premium entitlement. See the Privacy & Cookie Notice for more information.
9. Governing terms
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
