Get help with playback, Premium access, an App Store subscription, a web purchase or redemption.
Contact support
Email info@pulsetto.tech.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, VibroCalm app version, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot or screen recording if available. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or health information.
Web purchases
Open the purchase email from VibroCalm to redeem Premium. If the redemption link expired, RevenueCat sends a fresh link to the checkout email automatically. For help managing or cancelling a web subscription, contact support using the same email address used for checkout.
App Store subscriptions
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VibroCalm. Apple manages App Store billing.
Privacy and account deletion
Request account deletion in the app where available or email info@pulsetto.tech. Read the Privacy & Cookie Notice.
